We pride ourselves in having a clean jobsite at the end of every day, using magnetic nail pickup . On most job sites we will haul the removed shingles off site with a trailer so our customers don't have a large dumpster setting in their driveway/yard for a week or more . We are certified installers for GAF brand shingles but will install any brand our customers request .
For our Metal roofing installations, we use 26 gauge standing seam metal, roll formed on site, this is an all hidden fastener panel, with no exposed screws .
We will provide our customers with the system plus warranty from GAF at no cost to them , this gets them a 50yr warranty.
Metal roofing has a 40yr paint/manufacturer warranty.
